Complaints procedure
We at VANEPS strive for outstanding quality in the services we provide.
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the work performed by a lawyer employed at VANEPS or with an invoice we sent to you, we ask you to inform us in writing of your complaint. In accordance with the complaint procedure from “de orde van advocaten”, which is also laid down below, we will take up your complaint and will seek to solve your complaint within a reasonable period of time.
