Commercial Contracts are at the heart of doing business. The Commercial team has extensive experience when it comes to commercial contracts and trade regulations: from pitfalls, to assistance in negotiations, drafting contracts and lawsuits.
Our Commercial Contracts practice combines multi-jurisdictional legal knowledge with practical experience, project management skills and a can-do approach. We advise and litigate for both local and international clients on a large variety of commercial contracts. This comprehends, amongst others (but not limited to) franchise and distribution agreements, (international) sale/purchase agreements, service agreements and confidentiality agreements.
Our commercial work further consists of the drafting and reviewing of contracts, settling of liability claims and drafting and reviewing of general conditions.
In addition, we help our clients to navigate through the key areas of the trade laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- Export and import controls
- Food and product safety
- Packaging and labeling
