Daniël Post

Associate

Daniël joined VANEPS as a junior associate in January 2025. After several internships, he decided to start his career within the litigation practice in our Amsterdam office.

During the course of his studies, Daniël has been involved in many extracurricular projects, among which acting as a research- and teaching assistant at the University of Amsterdam. During his studies, he participated in several moot court competitions and is part of the famous debating society ‘The Cambridge Union’. He also did internships at several law firms in the Netherlands and held several committee and board positions. Within our firm, Daniël is part of the litigation team since the opening of our new office in Amsterdam in 2025. 

Daniël obtained his degree in law from the University of Amsterdam (LLB, Cum Laude), where he also participated in the honours program for excellent students. Furthermore, he obtained a degree in corporate law from the University of Cambridge (MCL, Wolfson College), and in law & technology from Tilburg University (LLM, Cum Laude). Besides law, Daniël also pursued other personal interests. He obtained a degree in classical organ and piano from the Conservatory of Amsterdam (BMus). Furthermore, he went on exchange to the University of Toronto to study philosophy and ethics, and he is currently pursuing a parttime degree in Practical Ethics at the University of Oxford (MSt, Kellog College).
