In July 2022, the UK established Infrared capital partners successfully sold and divested the Watty Vos Boulevard project by selling all shares and interests to Plenary America. The Watty Vos Boulevard project encompasses the concession for the design, construction, financing and maintenance of the 21-kilometer long Watty Vos Boulevard in Aruba, including a new road around Oranjestad over a distance of about 7 kilometers, construction of 13 intersections and 2 overpasses and a new bike route. The VANEPS team advised Infrared and the deal team was composed of Diek Fabius, Morten Sagis and Tom Peters.
