On 28 June 2024, Agostini’s Ltd. completed its acquisition of pharmaceutical and wholesale traders Aventa N.V., Pharmaceutical Warehousing N.V. and Aventa Aruba N.V. The target group comprises professional warehousing and distribution companies that operate in all islands of the Dutch Caribbean, specializing in pharmaceuticals, medical supplies and OTC products. This acquisition significantly bolsters Agostini’s position in the pharmaceutical and personal care markets in the Dutch Caribbean.
Agostini’s Limited is a diversified publicly traded company established in 1925. The group operates in three primary spheres of business – Pharmaceutical and Health Care, Fast Moving Consumer Goods and Energy and Industrial Services. While founded in Trinidad & Tobago, the company now operates across 8 regional markets, exports to another 13 countries and has over 3,000 employees.
