VANEPS has advised Aon Risk Services EMEA B.V. on its strategic divestment of all shares in Aon Holdings Antillen N.V. to Navigator Insurance Consultants. Aon Holdings Antillen N.V. is the holding company of insurance brokerage business operations on the islands of Curaçao, Aruba, Bonaire and St. Maarten. The transaction closed on December 24, 2021 after the required regulatory approvals had been obtained in all relevant jurisdictions.
