On 1 January 2020 the closing of the legal merger (mother-daughter) of DVB America N.V. (as acquiring company) and DVB Investment Management N.V. (as disappearing company) was effected. Both organizations were under the supervision of the Central Bank of Curacao and Sint Maarten.
VANEPS was responsible for the merger process, drafting the documentation and implementation. The team of VANEPS consisted of Inge van Hees-Wolswijk and Melitza Willems.
