Recently it was announced that Curacao and Surinam joined the world wide streaming music streaming platform Spotify. The team of VANEPS, consisting of Diek Fabius and Ruthnialys Mogen, assisted and advised Spotify with this project. The platform was not or barely available in the Dutch Caribbean and Surinam preventing many residents from using the streaming music service.
This is not only good news for the listeners, but also for the local musicians, who now have the opportunity to stream their music on the platform as well.
We congratulate Spotify on this new step and are looking forward to Spotify further expanding its streaming services.
