The Foundation Pension Fund Vidanova recently acquired two-thirds of the shares of SFT Bank. VANEPS assisted Vidanova in this acquisition.
By mid-2015 Vidanova already announced they were exploring the possibilities of a cooperative relationship with SFT and stated that it perhaps was possible that Vidanova would become a substantial shareholder of the bank. On 4 January 2016 the majority stake of Vidanova in the shares of SFT was officially announced.
